Our diverse menu features fresh local ingredients and hosts over 30 different tapas, often with a Territory twist such as NT Jewfish in coconut & lime or Berbere spiced Kangaroo with house made tomato jam.
Some of our favourites are the Grilled paprika Octopus with garlic crushed potato, confit cherry tomatoes & a tomato, lemon salsa; Roasted Portobello mushrooms with cauliflower puree, almond flakes, sherry-soaked currants & truffle oil; and umptuous slow-cooked tagine or Medallions of Gunbalanya (NT) eye fillet of beef with dukkah, sweet potato mash & a bone marrow and red wine reduction.
